CIN or Corporate Identification Number is unique identification number, that is assigned by Registrar of Companies of various states under Ministry of Corporate Affairs. CIN is a 21-digit alpha-numeric code issued to companies incorporated within the country on being registered by the ROC situated in different states across India.
